excellent pool area, extensive breakfast. breathtaking view of sea. the best personnel were ready to help. the hotel has perfect location close enough to venice, good restaurants and the grand canal. an extra special stay and very good value for money.

Our experience here was great. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The staff served croissants, eggs, jam and yoghourt for breakfast.
